AI for school leaders
A working session for superintendents, principals, and their teams. Your leaders take one hard question from their own district and work it through with AI, across the dimensions it really has, with the judgment staying with them.

How a session works
A district's hard questions touch many things at once: teaching, equity, staff, the law, families, budgets, and students' wellbeing. Most people use AI one question at a time and get one answer back. In a session, your team steers a long conversation with AI across the dimensions a question has and looks at what shows up where they meet. We call the method Multidimensional Gliding.
Your team brings the material: the strategic plan, the annual report, draft policies, and what you know about your community. The AI does the reading at scale, and your people decide what matters.
The sample below runs the method on two questions a superintendent might bring. Pick a dimension, and the page shows what to weigh, a less obvious point, and four parts of that dimension. Below that are the places where it crosses other dimensions, and other questions where the same lens helps.
Try the sample
Two sample questions, eight dimensions each. A real session works on your district's own question and material.
The sample needs JavaScript to run. The details of the program below read without it.
The program
Who it is for
Superintendents and principals, with assistant superintendents and central-office leaders in curriculum, technology, and student services. The session is about leading a school system through AI: strategy, policy, and stewardship. Training for teachers and sessions for students are separate work.
What you do
You bring one real decision your district faces and work it through with AI, one dimension at a time: teaching, equity, trust, policy, budget, and wellbeing. You leave with a clearer map of that decision and a method you can use again on the next hard question.
Format
Anything from a half-day session to a program over several days, in person with your leadership team or live on Zoom. We set the format with each district.
Two practical questions
A session can also take up the two questions on our Workshops page: what mix of activities in a block of class time helps students learn with AI, and whether your draft AI policy fits the legal, social, and cultural specifics of your community.
Who leads it
James Intriligator, our founder, leads every session. He trained in perception and cognition at Harvard (PhD) and spent fifteen years at Bangor University in Wales, where he built programs and became Professor of Innovation and Consumer Psychology. He was named a UK National Teaching Fellow in 2014. He has led innovation and AI workshops for physicians and researchers, educators at international teaching conferences, and senior leaders in industry.
