Working sessions for leadership teams
For groups who want to use AI as a serious thinking partner and keep the judgment with their own people. Each session works from the group's own material.

School and district leaders

A session for superintendents, principals, and their teams on two practical questions. What mix of activities in a block of class time helps students learn with AI, and what mix gets in the way? And does your district's draft AI policy cover the legal, social, and cultural specifics of your community? We work from your own schedules and your own drafts, in person or on Zoom.

University leaders

For deans, provosts, and program directors deciding what AI means for teaching, research, and new programs. Our founder spent fifteen years building programs at Bangor University in Wales, so the session starts from how universities actually decide things.

A strategy day
One focused day on one hard decision your team faces now. We map the problem across the dimensions it really has and look for the few moves worth making. You get a written synthesis within 48 hours.

Talks

On gliding with AI, on Transversal Design, and on designing for the people most designs leave out. For conferences, leadership retreats, and faculty development.
Earlier programs include several years of executive classes in Kuala Lumpur for banks and financial institutions, among them Bank Negara Malaysia (the country's central bank), Maybank, and Alliance Bank. The classes covered design thinking for innovation and consumer psychology.
